Off to the races

The Lutheran Men's group will experience a little Southern Culture on Saturday night, August 23.  We'll go to the stock car dirt track just north of Lancaster, the kind of dirt track where stock car racing began.  Details later; if you're interested, let Steve Johnson know (803) 389 3871, or SBror@comporium.net

Police Captain to speak at Monthly Men's group meeting, August 28, 6:30 PM
Our speaker will be Captain Chuck Lifford, Gastonia police force, "Being a Christian, On and Off Duty." Chuck is a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Gastonia, and leads an adult discussion group at that church.  A light supper will be served at 6:30 PM.
