The gospel calls us to teach and learn! While Jesus didn't take attendance as children and adults gathered around him or call such gatherings "Sunday School", his words and actions clearly teach that learning and faithfulness are intertwined. Through baptism we are named and claimed as God's own. Our daily return to baptism is a "post-it-note" reminder of who we are and how God wants us to live. Sunday School is a place for children, youth and adults to hear the Bible story and to be reminded of their baptismal identity. It is a place for us to sense our belonging as God's children and to grow in the knowledge of God's love. It is a place where we use and discover our gifts as we learn how to be Christian disciples.

Classes have been organized for the following age groups:

Preschool (3 and 4 year olds)
Kindergarten – 2nd Grade (5, 6 and 7 year olds)
3rd - 5th Grades (8, 9 and 10 year olds)
6th – 8th Grades
9th – 12th Grades
Young Adults called Faith & Family Adults

Signs are posted in the hall for class locations.

The Preschool through 5th grade will explore the Witness Curriculum. Witness Sunday school curriculum teaches kids to "Learn from the Bible to Live the Good News." The goals are to Know the Word, Grow in Faith and Show Service.

The High school class will be focusing on the Biblical apologetics.

New Sunday School Class to begin in fall for young adults (20's to 50's ), singles or couples, with or without children called FAITH & FAMILY. The objective will be to look at current issues we face daily and how to deal with these by using our faith. This will be a discussion oriented class where involvement, questions, etc. by all will enhance the weekly class .

The Adult Class will continue with Pastor Rammy’s First Corinthians class.

Join us for a Kick-Off Celebration in the Fellowship Room at 9:30 Sunday, Sept. 13. We will enjoy cake and meet the teachers. Students will go to class from the celebration with their teachers.
